运动创伤性肩关节后脱位的治疗进展研究

创伤性肩关节后脱位主要指肱骨头与肩胛盂之间的关节位置发生脱位,属于临床较为少见的骨折病症。创伤性肩关节后脱位多因外界传导应力所导致;跌倒时,上臂前屈内收内旋位受力,外界的应力作用会沿肱骨轴向传导,造成肱骨头冲破后关节囊,脱至后侧位置;不仅如此,肩前方的外力冲击、碰撞也会造成肩关节出现后脱位。对于运动创伤性肩关节后脱位,临床主要有非手术及手术两种治疗方式:通常轻微的肩关节后脱位可采用无麻醉下闭合复位治疗;对于漏诊或当初未就诊而成为陈旧性脱位者,需手术切开复位,修复损伤的肩袖及关节囊。
