二极管激光非手术治疗种植体周围炎的疗效评估 被引量:2

Non-surgical periodontal treatment of peri-implantitis with the use of diode laser

摘要 目的:研究二极管激光(Diode laser)治疗种植体周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将25例种植体周围炎患者随机分成两组,实验组采用龈下刮治和激光治疗,对照组常规龈下刮治。比较术前、术后3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月两组检测牙周临床指标。结果:术后3个月、6个月和12个月实验组探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)均明显降低,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),但术后24个月比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二极管激光联合龈下刮治能显著改善种植体周围炎症水平,治疗效果优于单纯机械刮治。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcomes following non-surgical mechanical therapy of peri-implantitis with adjunctive application of a diode laser.Methods:25 patients diagnosed with peri-implantitis were divided into two groups.Experimental group was treated with subgingival scaling and adjunctive application of a diode laser.Control group was treated with subgingival scaling.The periodontal clinical indexes were measured in two groups before and after operation in 3,6,12 and 24 month.Results:Pocket depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),and sulcus bleeding index(BI)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),in 3,6 and 12 month.but there was no statistical significance in 24 month after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions:Non-surgical mechanical therapy of peri-implantitis with adjunctive application of a diode laser yielded significant clinical improvements,the treatment is better than the simple mechanical scaling.
