摘要
目的:探讨中晚孕胎儿正常眼球玻璃体不同部位的磁共振信号值,为监测胎儿眼球发育提供参考。方法:回顾分析发育正常的中晚孕胎儿92例(184只眼球);按胎儿眼球玻璃体不同部位分成7组,分别为上部、内部、下部、外部、前部、后部、中部。分别测量各部眼球信号值大小,计数并进行统计学分析。结果:胎儿眼球玻璃体上部、内部、下部、外部、前部、后部、中部信号值分别为:(234.02±77.40)、(255.31±79.08)、(260.78±85.26)、(268.56±84.95)、(261.33±84.45)、(246.56±81.78)及(267.37±84.65)。经方差分析显示,胎儿眼球玻璃体不同部位信号值组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中晚孕胎儿正常眼球玻璃体不同部位信号值大小有一定差异。
Objective:To explore the signal value size of different sites of fetal normal ocular vitreous body in second-trimester fetuses in MRI,to provide some references for clinical monitoring.Methods:MRI examinations was performed in 92 normal fetus(184 eyeball),which were divided into 7 groups according to different sites of fetal ocular vitreous body,namely the upper site,the lower site,the outer site,the front site,the back site,the middle site.Measured their signal values,counted and statistically analyzed.Results:The signal values of the 7 groups were(234.02±77.40),(255.31±79.08),(260.78±85.26),(268.56±84.95),(261.33±84.45),(246.56±81.78)and(267.37±84.65),respectively.The signal value size of the 7 groups of fetal ocular vitreous body showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:There are certain differences in different parts of fetal normal ocular vitreous body in second-third trimester regnancy.
