大鼠脾脏主要结构的发育:2月、2年和3年龄的形态定量研究

摘要 目的:笔者最近定量研究了1 d、1月和3~12月龄大鼠脾脏主要结构的总体积,本文拟补充研究2月、2年和3年龄的同群动物。方法:采用从同一群正常雄性Sprague-Dawley大白鼠所取的脾脏——以前已取的2月龄大鼠(9只)脾脏以及后来所取的2年和3年龄大鼠(各9只和8只)脾脏,切取甲基丙烯酸树脂包埋切片,应用体视学方法估计脾内主要组织结构的总体积。结果:2月龄大鼠脾脏已形成各种主要结构,从2月龄至2年龄,脾脏体积的平均增加46%;从2年龄至3年龄,脾脏体积的平均减少9%。红髓或白髓在脾内所占体积比例(分别为70%~76%、17%~21%),3个年龄组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大鼠脾脏的发育,在2月龄时就已成熟,但至2~3年龄时仍未见明显萎缩的迹象。 Objective:The authors recently performed a quantitative study on the total volumes of key splenic structures in rats aged 1 day,1 month and 3~12 months,the present paper aimed to additionally study the same cohort of animals at ages of 2 months,2 years and 3 years.Methods:Spleens were removed from the same cohort of normal male Sprague-Dawley rats,previously at age of 2 months(9 rats)and later at ages of 2 years(9 rats)and 3 years(8 rats),methacrylate resin-embedded sections were obtained,and the total volumes of key histological structures were estimated using stereological methods.Results:All key structures had been formed in the rat spleen at 2 months of age.From the age of 2 months to 2 years,the mean of splenic volumes increased by 46%.From the age of 2 to 3 years,the mean of splenic volumes decreased by 9%.There were no significant differences between the three age groups in the volume percentages of the red pulp(70%~76%)or white pulp(17%~21%)in the spleen.Conclusions:Development of the rat spleen reaches maturity at 2 months of age,and there is still no sign of marked atrophy up to 2~3 years of age.
