介入栓塞治疗消化道出血的安全性和有效性观察

The efficacy and safety of interventional embolization in managing gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨介入栓塞治疗消化道出血的安全性和有效性。方法:对15例消化道出血病例进行数字减影血管造影,并对13例发现出血阳性征象者进行栓塞治疗。结果:10例1次栓塞成功止血,1例两次栓塞成功止血,止血率84.6%,再次栓塞率7.7%;2例栓塞后48 h内再发出血,再出血率15.4%,其中1例行外科手术;随访30 d无肠坏死等并发症。结论:介入栓塞治疗消化道出血是一种可行的,安全的,有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of interventional embolization in managing gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:15 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding underwent digital subtraction angiography(DSA).When positive signs of bleeding appeared,13 patients proceed to embolization.Results:10 cases were successfully treated by primary embolization.Only 1 case demonstrated rebleeding and was reembolized.The hemostasis rate was 84.6%,repeated embolization rate was 7.7%.2 patients had clinical rebleeding after intervention within 48 h.The rebleeding rate was 15.4%.The 1 failed case was treated by surgical operation.No intestinal ischaemia was observed in 30 d.Conclusions:Interventional embolization is a viable,safe,and effctive management for gastrointestinal bleeding.
