高精密全水分测试仪的研究与设计

摘要 论文介绍一种快速水分测试仪的研究与设计。水分是一项重要的煤质指标,它在煤的基础理论研究和加工利用中都具有重要的作用,水分测试大部分采用红外加热管加热或者采用鼓风干燥箱来测量,升温速率低,通氮方式单一,近年来,为了提高升温速率,设计中采用光波加热的方式越来越多,取得了较好的效果,但是在处理时间上依然较长,容易受到环境的影响,论文在此研究的基础上,将加热方式改为光波+微波加热的方式,大大提高了升温速率,减小了由于环境对测试结果的影响。通过对改进设计而成的快速水分仪进行分析水分精密度试验、分析水分准确度实验、¢6全水分精密度实验、¢6全水分准确度实验验证,测试结果符合国家标准,试制可行。 This paper introduces the research and design of a rapid moisture tester.Water is an important quality index,it has an important role in the study ofbasic theory and processing of coal utilization in water testing.Most of the infrared heating uses tube heating or drying box to measure,it has low heating rates.In recent years,as the increasing of heating rate,the light wave heating more and more design,achieved good results,but in the processing time is still long,easily influenced by environ ment,based on this study,the heating methods to the wave and microwave heating method,greatly improving the heating rate,reduces the environmental impact on the test results.Analysis of precision test analysis of water,water accuracy experiments,¢6full water through nitrogen drying method precision experiment,¢6full water through nitrogen drying method accuracy experiments,results in line with national standard test,trial production feasible.
