胺碘酮治疗急诊快速性心律失常的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Emergency Tachyarrhythmia

目的探讨胺碘酮治疗急诊快速性心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取北京市门头沟区医院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的快速性心律失常患者82例,根据住院时间分为常规组和试验组,每组41例。常规组患者给予常规对症治疗,试验组患者在常规组基础上采用胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者舒张压、收缩压、心率及临床疗效,观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗后舒张压、收缩压及心率低于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床疗效优于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取胺碘酮治疗急诊快速性心律失常的临床疗效明显,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,且安全性好。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of emergency tachyarrhythmia.Methods A total of82cases of tachyarrhythmia patients were selected from March2016to March2017in Beijing Mentougou District Hospital,which were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to the length of time sequence,41cases in each group.Conventional group was given routine treatment,experimental group was given amiodarone based on conventional group.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate,clinical effect were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The experimental group of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were lower than conventional group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of experimental group was better than conventional group(P<0.05).No significant difference of incidence rate of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone has an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of emergency tachyarrhythmia,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and with good safety.
