鼻内镜手术治疗鼻咽癌放疗后并发鼻窦炎的临床疗效

Effect of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Neoplasms after Radiotherapy Sinusitis

目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗鼻咽癌放疗后并发鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月四川省宜宾市第一人民医院收治的鼻咽癌放疗后并发鼻窦炎患者70例,采用简单随机法分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组行保守治疗,治疗组行鼻内镜手术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状评分、体征消失时间。结果治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者头痛、鼻塞、流脓涕、口鼻发臭症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组鼻黏膜慢性充血肿胀消失时间、鼻窦开口区脓性分泌物消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻咽癌放疗后并发鼻窦炎患者效果确切,能有效改善患者临床症状及体征。

Objective To investigate effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasopharyngeal neoplasms after radiotherapy sinusitis.Methods From may2015to may2017,a total of70patients with nasopharyngeal neoplasms after radiotherapy sinusitis were selected in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,the First People's Hospital of Yibin,according simple random method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,each group of35cases.The control group given conservative treatment,the treatment group underwent nasal endoscopic surgery,contrast the total efficiency,clinial symptoms score,signs disappeared time of two groups of patients.Results The treatment grouptotal efficiency were statistically significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group patients with headache,stuffy nose,festering stuff,nose and mouth stink symptoms score was statistically significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment groupchronic nasal mucosa hyperemia swelling disappeared time,sinus openings area purulent secretion disappearedtime was statistically significantly earlier than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal sinusitis,nasal endoscopic surgery effect significantly,can improve the clinical symptoms,improving the quality of prognosis,is worth promoting.
