比阿培南和亚胺培南治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效比较

Comparative Study for Effect between Biapenem and Imipenem in Treating of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的比较比阿培南和亚胺培南治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月东海县中医院收治的下呼吸道感染患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予亚胺培南治疗,观察组患者给予比阿培南治疗,两组患者均连续治疗2周。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与亚胺培南相比,比阿培南治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效更好、安全性更高。

Objective To compare the effect of biapenem and imipenem in treating of lower respiratory tract.Methods From March2015to March2017,a total of60cases lower respiratory tract infection patients were selected in Donghai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,they were divide into control group and observation group according to random number table,each of30case.The control group were treated with imipenem,the observation group was treated with biapenem,two groups of patients were treated for2weeks.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the groups.Results The clinical effect in observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that ofcontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with imipenem,the clinical effect of biapenem in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection was better,with higher safety.
