急性心梗患者的整体护理效果观察

The Overall Nursing Effect of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的研究探讨急性心梗患者的整体护理效果,以便于为今后心梗患者的护理提供比较有价值的参考依据。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院患者80例随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规的入院护理,观察组采取整体护理干预措施对其进行护理,观察两组患者的护理效果以及患者对于护理人员的满意度。结果观察组采取整体护理干预措施对其进行护理,患者的满意度为97.5%,对照组的满意度为87.5%,观察组患者的满意度明显比对照组要高;观察组的护理有效率为92.5%,对照组的护理有效率为75.0%,观察组护理效果明显的比对照组的要好,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性心肌梗死的患者,采取整体护理措施对其进行护理,不但治疗的效果较好,还可以帮助患者促进身心的康复,从而提高患者对护理人员的满意度,可以在今后急性心梗患者的护理过程中应用。

Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction,so as to provide valuable reference for future nursing of myocardial infarction patients.Methods80cases from January2016to January2017in Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were randomly divided into two groups,40cases in each group.Control group received routine admission nursing.Observation group adopted nursing intervention measures of the nursing.Nursing effect in two groups and patients for nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The satisfaction of patients in observation group was97.5%,and satisfaction in control group was87.5%.The satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group.The nursing efficiency in observation group was92.5%,nursing efficiency in control group was80%.The observation group nursing effect is better significantly than that in control group.The total efficiency in two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For acute myocardial infarction patients,holistic nursing care measures are the better.Not only the effect of treatment is good,the treatment can also help promote physical and mental rehabilitation,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing staff in the future.It can be used in the nursing process of patients with acute myocardial infarction in the future.
