细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的影响

Effect of Detailed Nursing Care on Operating Room Nursing Quality and Patient Satisfaction

目的研究细节护理的实施对手术室护理质量及对手术患者满意度的影响情况。方法选取2017年2—7月期间哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院收治的需行手术治疗的186例患者作为研究对象,按照患者手术先后顺序,将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组93例。对照组均按照常规手术室护理流程进行护理,试验组则加强细节护理,比较护理效果。结果试验组护理质量在心率稳定、血压波动、护理综合评分、业务水平四个方面的评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理中加强细节护理,明显提高了手术患者满意度,对提升手术室整体护理质量具有重要作用,值得推广。

Objective To study the influence of the implementation of detail nursing on the quality of operation room care and the satisfaction of patients.Methods186cases in Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University for surgical treatment from February to July2017were divided into experimental group and control group according to the surgery sequence,83cases in each group.Control group was treated according to the routine operating room nursing process.Experiment group was strengthened the details of care.The nursing effect were compared.Results The quality of care in the four aspects of heart rate stability,blood pressure fluctuation,nursing comprehensive score and professional level of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing care in operation room can obviously improve the satisfaction of patients and improve the quality of holistic nursing in operation room.It is worth popularizing.
