连续康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on the Daily Activities and Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Palsy

目的分析连续康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京康复医院2016年4月—2017年4月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者86例,按照入院顺序分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,试验组患者给予连续康复护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分和健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果护理干预前两组患者ADL评分和SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后试验组患者ADL评分和SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连续康复护理干预能有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力及生活质量。

Objective to analyze the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention on the daily activities and quality of life of patients with cerebral palsy.Methods From April2016to April2017,a total of86cases stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected in Beijing Rehabiltation Hospital of Capital Medical University,they were divided into control group and experimental group according to admission order each of43cases.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the experimental group were given continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention.ADL score and SF-36score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the ADL score and SF-36score of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the ADL score and SF-36score of experimental group were significantly higer than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the daily life activity ability score and life quality score of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
