老年冠状动脉造影术后患者早期活动护理的安全性和可行性分析

Safety and Feasibility of Early Activity Nursing on Elderly Patients after Coronary Artery Angiography

目的分析老年冠状动脉造影术后患者早期活动护理的安全性和可行性。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的行老年冠状动脉造影术患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采取早期活动护理措施。比较两组患者穿刺点出血情况、并发症及不适发生情况。结果两组患者穿刺点出血率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组因不适需护理者所占比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于老年冠状动脉造影术后患者进行早期活动护理安全可行,可有效减少患者并发症和不适症状发生。

Objective To study the safety and feasibility of early activity nursing on elderly patients after coronary artery angiography.Methods A total of80cases of patients underwent coronary artery angiography were selected from January2016to January2017in Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40cases in each group.Control group was given conventional nursing,observation group was given early activity nursing.The puncture bleeding,complications and discomfort were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference of puncture bleeding rate was found between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of complications was lower than control group(P<0.05).The observation group of nursing caused by discomfort was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion As for elderly patients after coronary artery angiography,the early activity nursing is safe and feasible,it can effectively reduce the complications and discomfort symptoms.
