颈部血管彩超对脑血管疾病患者颈部动脉病变的诊断价值分析

Clinical Value of Carotid Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Carotid Artery Disease in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

目的分析颈部血管彩超对脑血管疾病患者颈部动脉病变的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月—2017年10月南京医科大学附属南京医院(南京市第一医院)收治的脑血管疾病患者150例,75例患者行颈部血管彩超检查,另外75例患者行多层螺旋CT成像检查。比较两种检查方法对颈部动脉病变的检出情况。结果两种检查方法对颈部动脉狭窄及闭塞检出率、椎动脉狭窄及发育异常检出率及斑块形成检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论颈部血管彩超对脑血管疾病患者颈部动脉病变的检出率与多层螺旋CT成像相似,但颈部血管彩超操作简便、辐射较小、安全性较高,更适合在基层医院推广使用。

Objective To analysis the clinical value of carotid color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid artery disease in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods From January2017to October2017,a total of150patients with cerebrovascular disease were selected in the Nanjing First Hospital.75patients underwent carotid color doppler ultrasound,and the another75patients underwent multislice spiral CT imaging.The detection of carotid artery lesion was compared with two methods.Results No statistically significantly differences of carotid artery stenosis and occlusion detection rate,vertebral artery stenosis and developmental abnormality detection rate and plaque formation detection rate between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Carotid color doppler ultrasound to exceed the neck artery lesion detection rate in patients with cerebrovascular disease and multislice spiral CT are similar,but the carotid color doppler ultrasound to exceed simple operation,less radiation and higher security,more suitable for use in basic-level hospitals.
