PCBP1是多聚胞嘧啶结合蛋白家族中的一员,其通过与富含多聚胞嘧啶的核苷酸序列结合而参与转录调控、mRNA稳定、炎症、上皮-间质转化、肿瘤侵袭转移及耐药等多个过程。本文主要综述PCBP1在肿瘤及其他疾病中的研究进展,以阐明其功能、分子机制及对疾病的影响。

PCBP1is a member of the poly-cytosine binding proteins family that is involved in many processes such as transcriptional regulation,mRNA stability,inflammation,EMT and tumor progression and metastasis through its binding to a poly(c)-enriched nucleotide sequence.This article mainly discussed the latest research progress of PCBP1in order to clarify its function and mechanism and understand its impact on human health and disease.
