摘要 针对某车用无刷无感直流电动水泵的结构特点和控制要求,在分析当前常见控制系统的基础上,设计开发了基于单片机S9S08DV16F1MLC和专用控制驱动器A4962的控制系统。给出了总体设计方案,分别对该系统的硬件和软件部分进行了设计,并进行了电气测试;测试结果表明其表现出较好的静态和动态性能,可靠性高,完全满足车用要求。 Aiming at the structural characteristics and control requirements of brushless senseless DC electric water pump for vehicle,a control system based on the the MCU S9S08DV16F1MLC and dedicated control driver A4962was designed after analyzing the current common control system.The overall framework of the control system was proposed,the hardware and software were designed separately,and the electronic tests were carried out.The results show that the system achieves good static perfor mance,dynamic performance,high reliability,and fully meets the vehicle requirements.
