摘要
通过对某公司厢式车业务所面临的外部环境与内部环境进行分析,运用外部环境分析工具(PEST)分析了宏观环境对厢式车行业的影响与潜在的风险,总结出了外部环境的机遇与威胁;通过对企业自身的分析,明确了企业自身的优势与劣势;最后列出SWOT分析矩阵,对某公司的厢式车业务发展提出了相关策略,为厢式车企业的发展以及提高市场竞争力提供了有益的参考。
The external and internal environments of the van business in a company were analyzed.Us-ing the external environment analysis tool(PEST),the influences and potential risks of the macro-envi-ronment on the van industry were analyzed.The opportunities and threats arising from the external envi-ronment were summarized through above analysis.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages were clarified through the analysis on the enterprise.Finally the SWOT analysis matrix was listed,and the relevant strategies for the development of the van business in the company were proposed.The refer-ence on how to get better development and improve the market competitiveness to other van companies was provided
