摘要
为提高血液净化中心进修生带教水平,经过多年的实践,形成了一套完整的教学模式。课程内容设置上注重血液透析标准化操作规程与科室特色技术—特殊血浆净化技术相结合,带教模式采用理论与实践相结合、传统教学与PBL教学相结合以及传统内科疾病诊断思路与血液净化学专科特色思路相结合,并且积极开展网络平台建设和跟踪随访。在带教过程以及进修生进修结束后,根据进修生以及基层医院反馈信息,调整教学内容与方式,取得了良好的效果。
After several years exploration and practice,a teachingmodern has been established to help the postgraduates improve theirbasic knowledge and skill of solving clinical problem related bloodpurification.The teaching contents were focused on the combination between standard operating procedure of blood purification and the specific operating procedure of specific blood purification.The combination between theoretical basis and practice,the combination between lecturebased learning and problem-based learning and the combination between traditional diagnosis method of internal medicine and specific diagnosis method of blood purification were carried out in this model.Meanwhile,the network teaching platform were constructed to facilitate postgraduate learning.After the postgraduates went back their own units,a follow-up were carried out to assure the postgraduates could work smoothly.The teaching contents and models were adjusted according to the feedback from the postgraduates and good effect has been achieved.
