子宫腺肌症行全子宫切除治疗的围术期护理研究

Perioperative Nursing Study of Total Hysterectomy in the Treatment of Adenomyosis

目的探讨对行全子宫切除术的子宫腺肌症患者予以围术期护理的研究。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月于我院就诊的子宫腺肌症患者64例,随机将其分为实验组和参照组,各组32例。对参照组和实验组患者分别实常护理和围术期护理。对64例子宫腺肌症患者的疾病知识掌握情况以及治疗情况进行比较。结果对比两组子宫腺肌症患者的治疗情况,组间对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对疾病知识掌握情况优于参照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行全子宫切除术的子宫腺肌症患者予以围术期护理,可改善患者的临床症状,提高对疾病的掌握度。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing study of patients with adenomyosis undergoing total hysterectomy.Methods From March2016to March2017,64cases of adenomyosis in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with32cases in each group.The patients in the reference group and the experimental group received constant care and perioperative care respectively.The knowledge of the disease and the treatment of adenomyosis in64cases were compared.Results Compared with the treatment of adenomyosis in two groups,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge of disease knowledge in the experimental group was better than the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with adenomyosis undergoing total hysterectomy can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the mastery of the disease.
