摘要
移动互联技术突破了社会角色的时间、空间、物理及心理边界,对于角色整合呈强推态势,使知识型员工角色向整合化、去情景化、重叠化及组合化趋势发展,从而出现角色整合的职场新现象。移动技术互联互通的特性赋予了知识型员工角色整合新的内涵,即整合趋势下角色边界是一种弱边界,呈现出角色对比度低、柔性边界和渗透性等边界特征,并表现为移动办公的工作形式。在相关研究的基础上,分析移动互联技术背景下知识型员工角色整合的新内涵、影响因素、影响结果以及边界工作策略,构建角色整合研究框架,并进一步探析知识型员工角色整合测量、因素、作用,以及移动技术在角色整合过程中的效用评价。
The mobile technology have the effect of diminishing time,space,physical and psychological boundaries,rendering knowledge workers'roles increasingly integrated,decontextualized,overlapping and combined.This endowed the new work reality-knowledge workers'role integration with new connotation that roles are in weak boundaries and showing low contrast,flexible and permeable boundary feature in mobile working mode.On the basis of the systematic review of relevant literature,this paper analyzes the connotation,working mode,and explores the factors and outcomes of knowledge workers'role integration.It also analyzes how to use time,space,physical and psychological tactics to accommodate role integration.This paper provide a framework and direction for future research.
