贵金属精矿国际贸易仲裁问题及对策分析

Study on the problems of international trade arbitration for precious metal concentrates and their countermeasures

国内贵金属冶炼行业发展迅速,但大部分冶炼企业自主矿山较少,冶炼原料部分来源于国际贸易采购。由于贵金属精矿自身的性质,导致国际贸易过程中普遍存在贸易纠纷,必须进行贸易仲裁。介绍了贸易仲裁流程,对国际贸易仲裁存在的问题进行分析,提出合理选择仲裁机构和规定样品粒度等有效措施。通过规范贸易双方的仲裁行为,有利于维护双方的信誉和合法利益。

The domestic precious metal smelting industry is developing rapidly at present,while most smelters have few self-owned mines.Therefore,part of the raw materials are sourced from international trade.Because of the nature of precious metal concentrates,there are always international trade disputes,making it essential to arbitrate the trade.The paper introduced the arbitration flow sheet,analyzed the problems in international trade arbitration,proposed that to reasonably choose arbitration organizations and stipulate sample grain size are effectively measures.It is pointed that to regulate bilateral trade arbitration contributes to safeguarding the credit and legitimate interests of both parties in the trade.
