摘要
在大田条件下研究玉米、大豆、甘薯、烟草等4种不同作物茬口的土壤有机质、酶活性及对烟草化学成分的影响。结果表明,玉米茬的土壤有机质含量高于其他作物茬口,土壤脲酶、磷酸酶活性以玉米茬较高,土壤转化酶、过氧化氢酶的活性以甘薯茬、大豆茬较高;烟叶内在品质则表现为甘薯茬>大豆茬>烟草茬>玉米茬。
The effects of the soil organic matter and enzymatic activity from four different crop stubbles(maize,soya,sweet potato and tobacco etc.)and chemical composition of tobacco leaf were analyzed in field conditions.The results showed that the soil organic matter content of maize stubble was higher than other crop stubbles and the soil urease and phosphatase of maize stubble were more active.Moreover,the activity of soil invertase and catalase was higher in sweet potato stubble and soya stubble.As a results,the interior quality of tobacco were sweet potato stubble>soya stubble>tobacco stubble>maize stubble.
