Risk Analysis on Rural Land Management Rights under the “Separation of Three Rights”

从农村土地"三权分置"产生背景入手,对承包权与经营权分离可能出现的问题进行剖析,一是经营权流转方式的规范性问题,二是征收农村土地的利益再分配问题,并进行了总结,提出了相关建议。

From background of the“Separation of Three Rights”on rural land,some possible problems in separating the contract rights and management rights were analyzed in detail and summarized,such as the normalization on ways of transferring the management rights,the interest re-distribution of expropriating rural land.Then suggestions were put forward accordingly.
