Study on Comprehensive Effectiveness Evaluation of High Standard Farmland Construction in Hunan “12th five-year”

推进高标准农田建设,对发展现代农业、确保粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给具有重要意义。通过文献调查法、问卷调查法、访谈法和抽样调查法收集"十二五"期间湖南省高标准农田建设项目相关数据,结合湖南省土地综合政治局资料,构建评估指标体系,分析评价"十二五"期间湖南省高标准农田建设的综合成效,并总结归纳典型经验和创新做法。

In order to promote the construction of high standard farmland is of great significance to the development of modern agriculture,to ensure the safety of grain and to the effective supply of important agricultural products.Through literature survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and sampling method to collect the"12th Five-Year"Hunan province high standard farmland construction project related data,combined with the data from Hunan land consolidation and rehabilitation bureau,constructed evaluation index system,the comprehensive effect of the construction of high standard farmland in Hunan Province during the"12th Five-Year"was analyzed and evaluated,at the same time,the typical experience and innovation practice were summarized.
