家庭农场农产品质量安全意识影响因素的调查与实证研究

Investigation and Empirical Study on Factors Affecting the Quality and Safety Awareness of Farm Products in Family Farms

通过深度访谈和问卷调查,利用Logistic模型对家庭农场农产品质量安全意识的影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:家庭农场特征、家庭农场对农产品质量安全认知、外部环境等对家庭农场农产品质量安全意识会产生影响。综合实证研究结果和调研过程中发现的问题,对提高家庭农场农产品质量安全的意识以及加强其生产环节的农产品质量安全管理提出相应的政策建议。

through in-depth interview and questionnaire survey,the Logistic model was used to make an empirical analysis on the factors affecting the quality and safety awareness of farm products in family farms.The results showed that family farm characteristics,family farms'cognition of quality and safety of agricultural products and external environment had effect on the quality and safety awareness of farm products.Based on the findings of the empirical research and the problems found in the research process,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for improving the awareness of quality and safety of farm products and enhancing the quality and safety management of agricultural products.
