摘要
分析了混合动力挖掘机回转系统采用电机驱动来替换原液压电动机的可行性及意义,介绍了电机驱动回转系统的结构和工作原理,设计了回转系统电气控制网络和主控制器的控制策略,给出了回转系统永磁同步电机速度矢量控制算法。对所设计的系统进行实验,结果表明:电机驱动回转系统速度控制响应能满足挖掘机实际工况要求,并且在制动过程中能回收转台动能,因此,可以进一步减少混合动力挖掘机的作业能耗。
The possibility and advantage were analyzed of the substitution of the hydraulic motor by electric motor in the hybrid excavator swing system.The structure and working principle of the electric driving swing system were introduced.The electrical control network and control strategy in the main controller were designed and the speed vector control algorithm of the swing motor was also presented.The swing experiment shows that the speed response of the electric driving swing system can meet the requirements of the working condition of excavators and the kinetic energy of the upper structure can also be recuperated during the braking phase.Therefore,the electric driving scheme can reduce the energy consumption of the hybrid excavator further.
