摘要
采用不同厚度(15和25 mm)的质子交换膜制备了两种膜电极,并研究了加湿条件对其性能的影响。测试条件为:电池温度65℃,背压H2/Air:100 k P a/100 k P a,气体流量H2/Air:1.5/2.5。结果表明:在阳极加湿度为80%、阴极加湿度为100%时,15 mm质子交换膜制备的膜电极性能远高于25 mm质子交换膜制备的膜电极。但对于15 mm质子交换膜制备的膜电极,降低阴阳极的加湿度可以进一步提高其性能,在高电流密度下,阳极20%加湿和阴极低加湿(30%)的情况下,电池性能最好。且水管理对电池性能的影响,主要取决于阴极的加湿情况。
In this paper,two membrane electrode assemblies(MEAs)were fabricated based on proton exchange membranes(PEMs)with thicknesses of 15 and 25 mm,respectively.The effects of the humidification on the performance of the two MEAs were studied.Under the condition that anode humidification and cathode humidification were 80%and 100%,respectively,the performance of the MEA based on 15 mm PEMs was much higher than that of MEA based on 25 mm PEMs.Moreover,the performance of MEA based on 15 mm PEMs was enhanced by reducing the humidification of anode and cathode and achieved the best value at humidification of 20%and 30%.Furthermore,the effect of water management on the performance of the MEAs was mainly attributed to cathode humidification.
