摘要
根据电能交换机能平滑分布式电源出力,结合分布式电源出力、孤岛可靠性模型,基于传统配电网可靠性评估算法,运用图模型提出了含电能交换机的配电网可靠性评估算法。采用模型和所提出的算法对改造后的IEEE RBTS BUS6系统的F3主馈线进行了可靠性评估。结果表明,电能交换机与分布式电源联合使用才能充分发挥其作用,电能交换机的加入能够有效减少负荷点停电时间,减少的程度与其位置有关。
According to the function of smooth distributed power supply of power switch,combining with the distributed power supply and the island reliability model,and based on the reliability evaluation algorithm of traditional distribution network,the reliability evaluation algorithm of distribution network with energy switches was proposed by using the graph model.The model and the algorithm are used to evaluate the reliability of the F3main feeders of the modified IEEE RBTS BUS6system.The results show that the combined use of power switch with distributed power supply can fully play the role of them.The power switch can effectively reduce the load point outage time,and the degree of reduction is related to its location.
