摘要
针对塑壳断路器合闸状态,对操作机构进行受力分析,确定锁扣的力矩平衡关系,明确跳扣和锁扣的解锁条件,并分析了动触头斥开后锁扣力矩变化情况。提出在断路器设计过程中,对机构弹簧力值优化,跳扣和一次锁扣搭接处角度优化,跳扣边缘增加倒角,解决了产品在动触头被斥开并锁止在一定位置,跳扣和一次锁扣无法解锁的问题。
Aiming at the on-position of moulded case circuit breaker,this paper analyzed the force of operation mechanism,determined the torque balance relation of latch and cleared the unlocking condition of cradle and latch,analyzing the change of the latch torque after the moving arm was blown off.This paper proposed to optimize the mechanism spring force and the junction corner connecting primary tripping latch to locking latch in the process of circuit breaker design.The margin of tripping latch was added a chamfer to solve the problem that the moving contact of product was repelled and locked up in certain position,unable to unlock tripping latch and primary locking latch.
