摘要
以Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件为工具,对侧板式全钢液压硫化机结构进行分析,对侧板锁定结构进行了优化,提高了硫化机整体工作性能。分析了底座、上横梁、主机在最大工作压力下的受力情况及变形位移。
Using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software as a tool,the structure of the side plate all steel hydraulic curing press was analyzed.The locking structure of the side plate was optimized,and the overall working performance of the curing press was improved.This paper analyzes the force condition and deformation displacement of the base,the upper beam and the main engine under the maximum working pressure,and provides a basis and method for the research of the curing press.
