加强型胎圈设计在高重载产品上的应用

摘要 主要介绍加强型胎圈设计在全钢子午胎高重载产品上的应用,重点阐述生产胎圈部位钢丝包布型胶设备和专用成型机(二次法成型机)的组成和结构特点,以及描述加强型胎圈子口部位的结构设计、成品室内实验性能。采用该技术后确保钢丝包布端点变形后不易松散;子口型胶增加填充胶作用,减少胎体钢丝和钢丝包布之间应力作用,降低子口裂几率,同时提高轮胎耐载性能。 This article mainly introduces the application of reinforced bead design onheavy-duty products for all steel radial tires,and focuses on the composition and structural characteristics of the steel wire chafer profile equipment and two-stage building machine for the production of bead parts.This article describes the structure design of the reinforced bead edge margin and the experimental performance of the finished product.After using this technology,the end point of the deformed steel wire chafer is not easy to loosen;the gutta-type rubber increases the filling effect,reduces the stress effect between the steel wire of the carcass and the steel wire chafer,reduces the cracking probability of the edge margin,and improves the load performance of the tire at the same time.
