摘要
我国工业用地更新从改革开放以来,一直受到市场经济与政策制度两者的相互作用,逐步形成了工业用地更新的"乱象"。文章通过回顾城市工业用地更新的历史演变历程,进而对现阶段工业用地更新行为背后的弊端进行反思,总结市场经济时期产业融合的特征以及工业用地空间上的诉求,最后并结合上海市的更新实例加以分析,阐述其如何从政策指引和具体的产业园区规划入手做好产业规划的建设管理。
Since the reform and opening up in China,Industrial land has always been developed in the interaction between the market economy and the system evolution,which gradually formed the"chaos"of the industrial land renewal.this paper,through reviewing the historical evolution of urban industrial land update,then,on the basis of reflection on the drawbacks of the current industrial land renewal behavior,summarize the characteristics of industrial integration and the demand for industrial land in the market economy period,and combined with Shanghai's update instance to analyze,It provide reference for industrial planning from policy guidance and specific industrial park planning.
