基于空间管制的水资源管控体系构建探索——以厦门市一张蓝图为例

Preliminary Study on Water Resources System Construction for Space Management and Control——A Case Study of Xiamen,China

"多规合一"是利用信息化手段建立统一的规划手段,"一张蓝图"是"多规合一"工作的基础,水资源体系是"一张蓝图"的重要管控内容之一。文章以厦门市"一张蓝图"为例,立足水源工程、给水工程、污水再生工程、排水防涝工程,探讨其水资源管控体系构建。

The work of“multi-plan coordination”can establish the unified spatial planning management system through the strict control of“one blueprint”,and the water resources system is the important part of the blueprint.Taking the practice of Xiamen as an example,this paper studies the water resources system for space management and control,based on water sources engineering,water supply engineering,sewage treatment engineering and waterlogging drainage engineering.
