地铁过江隧道盾构法施工风险分析及控制 被引量:1

摘要 由于地质条件的复杂性及不可预见性,水下隧道盾构法施工安全风险已经成为地下工程研究的重要课题。文章以福州地铁1号线过闽江段为背景,对盾构穿越闽江施工风险进行了详细分析,并针对性地提出了风险控制措施,施工风险控制实践表明,盾构穿越闽江的风险得到了有效的控制。工程实践经验表明:有针对性地采取风险控制措施,可达到主动管理和有效规避风险目的;信息化可以有效地反馈并指导土压平衡盾构穿越江底强透水砂层。 Due to the complexity and uncertainty of geological conditions,risk for the construction safety of underwater shield tunnels have become an important research subject in underground engineering.Taking as an example about the project in Fuzhou metro line1interval shielded engineering crossing the Minjiang River,the analysis on the interval construction risks was carried out in detail by the risk assessment methodology and the risk countermeasures were brought up accordingly based on the project.It was provided that the risk of shield crossing Minjiang River construction was controlled effectively.These experiences could be referenced for future similar shield tunnel project across the River.The practical experience of engineering shows that the active management and the effective risk avoidance can be achieved by adopting targeted risk control measures.Informatization can effectively feedback and guide the earth pressure balance shield structure through the strong permeable layer of the river bottom.
