摘要
针对某型液压装置在运行过程中出现的液压泵停机问题,分析了故障原因是冷却水压力波动时原冷却策略过于苛刻。通过对液压油温升规律进行研究,制定了一种新的冷却策略,彻底解决了该型液压装置对冷却水压力波动敏感的问题,并提高了装置的应急工作能力和可维护性。试验结果验证了新冷却策略的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of the pump shutdown during the running of a hydraulic device,the reason is that the original cooling strategy is too harsh when the cooling water pressure fluctuates.By studying the law of the temperature rise of hydraulic oil,a new cooling strategy has been worked out,which resolves the problem that the hydraulic device is sensitive to the fluctuation of cooling water pressure and improves the emergency capability and maintainability of the device.The results of the experiment veri?fy the effectiveness of the new cooling strategy.
