摘要 目的:探讨血清特异性抗体IgE与咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的关系。方法:计算机检索中国维普期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和PubMed,检索时间截止到2017年2月15日,纳入血清特异性IgE与CVA相关性的病例对照研究,进行数据提取和文献质量评价后,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9个病例对照研究,包括CVA病例组490例,对照组451例。纳入的研究存在异质性,故采用随机效应模型进行分析。Meta分析结果显示,CVA组的IgE水平是对照组的2.18倍(95%CI:1.59~2.77,P<0.05)。结论:血清特异性IgE水平升高可能是CVA发生的危险因素,因此IgE水平可以作为CVA的一项临床诊断指标。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the relationship between serum specific IgE antibody level and cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:The related case-control studies about CVA and IgE were searched in CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang and PubMed from the time that the databases were built to February 2017.After data extraction and quality assessment,meta analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 9 case-control studies with 490 cases and 451 controls were included in this meta-analysis.The random-effect model was used in the analysis because of the heterogeneity.The results showed that IgE level was 2.18-fold higher in cases than that in controls(95%CI:1.59 to 2.77.P<0.05).Conclusion:The high level of serum specific IgE antibody is a risk factor for CVA,and can be used as an important index for clinical diagnosis of CVA.
