摘要
先采用168 g/L硫酸+2.8 g/L铝离子的溶液在电压12.9 V和温度21~22°C的条件下对5052铝合金阳极氧化45 min,再对阳极氧化膜或染色的阳极氧化膜着荧光,最后进行封闭,获得了既能在可见光下呈现普通铝合金阳极氧化膜外观,又能在紫外光照射下产生荧光的特殊功能材料。
5052Aluminum alloy was anodized firstly in a solution containing168g/L sulfuric acid and2.8g/L aluminum ions at temperature21-22°C and voltage12.9V for45min.The anodization film with or without being dyed was treated with fluorescent agent,and then sealed.A special functional material,which not only presents the appearance of normal aluminum alloy,but also emits visible fluorescence under ultraviolet light irradiation,was obtained.
