探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建诊断肋骨骨折的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建诊断肋骨骨折的应用价值以及临床效果。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年1月本院收治的肋骨骨折患者53例,分别采用多层螺旋CT三维重建和常规CT扫描诊断,按不同诊断方式记录诊断效果,并计算出检出率,对不同检查技术的诊断准确性总结评估,并进行统计学分析。病人及病人家属知情并同意及签署协议。结果:53例患者经过多层螺旋CT三维重建临床诊断和常规CT临床诊断,多层螺旋CT三维重建临床诊断较为准确,与影像学证实后确诊率达97.12%,与常规CT扫描诊断的确诊率96.98%无差异,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT三维重建诊断相比于常规CT扫描,增加了信息的多样性和处理的灵活性,相比于常规CT扫描,三维重建更加直接和客观,对处理病况有着更加重要的作用和诊断价值。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value and effect of multi-slice spiral CT3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods:53patients with rib fractures enrolled in our hospital from March2016to January2017were selected as the subject and diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT3D reconstruction and conventional CT scan respectively.The diagnostic effect was recorded according to different diagnostic methods,and the detection rate was calculated.The diagnostic accuracy of different inspection techniques was summarized and analyzed statistically.The patient and the patient's family have informed and agreed to sign the agreement.Results:53patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT3D reconstruction and conventional CT scan,and the result showed that the diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT3D reconstruction was more accurate,and the confirmed rate was97.12%,which was not significant different with the diagnosis rate of conventional CT scan of96.98%.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT3D reconstruction is more important and objective than the conventional CT scan,which increases the diversity of information and the flexibility of treatment.Compared with the conventional CT scan,the3D reconstruction has a more important role and diagnostic value on the treatment of this kind of disease.
