皮肌炎的MRI表现

The MRI Findings of Dermatomyositis

目的:探讨皮肌炎的MRI表现及不同MRI成像序列的诊断价值。方法:分析13例皮肌炎在不同MRI成像序列上的MRI表现,成像序列包括:SE T_1WI、FSE T_2WI、STIR。结果:13例中,肌肉炎性水肿11例、肌筋膜炎4例、皮下软组织水肿5例、肌肉萎缩伴脂肪浸润3例。肌炎、肌筋膜炎、皮下软组织水肿在T_1WI上呈等或低信号,T_2WI、STIR上呈高信号,STIR序列对显示组织炎性病变最为敏感。结论:MRI能反映皮肌炎不同病变阶段的各种异常病理改变及其动态变化,STIR序列对显示组织炎性病变优于其他成像序列。

Objective:To study the MRI manifestations of dermatomyositis and multiple MRI techniques in the diagnosis of dermatomyositis.Methods:The MRI findings in different MRI sequences of13cases with dermatomyositis were analyzed.The following sequences were used:SE T1WI,FSE T2WI,STIR.Results:In the13cases,11cases with muscle inflammatory edema,4cases of muscle fasciitis,5cases with subcutaneous soft tissue edema,3cases with muscle atrophy with fatty infiltration.Myositis,subcutaneous connective tissue,muscle fasciitis phlogistic show,or low signal on T1WI,T2WI and S^R has high signal on the can,STIR sequence can on tissue inflammatory lesions were the most sensitive.Conclusion:MRI can reveal the pathological changes in the different phases of dermatomyositis and observe its variation.STIR sequences were superior to other sequences in finding the lesions.
