CT检查对胃癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of CT in Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨胃癌的CT检查及其诊断价值。方法:对手术、病理证实的50例胃癌的CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果:50例胃癌患者中;病变位于胃窦部25例,胃底贲门部16例,胃体部7例,广泛浸润(皮革胃)2例。CT可显示局限或广泛的胃壁增厚,胃壁及腔内、外肿块的形成,对周围组织的侵犯,淋巴结及脏器转移,合并症表现等。结论:CT扫描不但对胃癌能做出正确诊断,而且对浸润深度的判断、淋巴结转移、脏器受侵及转移情况均可准确显示,对胃癌的分期和术前评价具有较大的临床价值。

Objective:To investigate the value of CT examination and diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods:The CT data of50cases of gastric carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:50cases of patients with gastric carcinoma;25cases of lesions in the gastric antrum,gastric cardia in16cases,gastric body in7cases,extensive infiltration(leather stomach)in2cases.CT showed localized or extensive thickening of gastric wall,gastric wall and cavity formation,tumor,invasion of the surrounding tissue,organ node and lymph node metastasis,complication performance.Conclusion:CT scan not only can make the correct diagnosis of gastric cancer,and to determine the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis organ invasion and transfer.The migration situation can be accurately displayed,and it has great clinical value for staging and preoperative evaluation of gastric cancer.
