X线与CT在中央型肺癌诊断中的应用价值

The Value of X-ray and CT in the Diagnosis of Central Lung Cancer

目的:研究X线与CT在中央型肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2014年9月-2016年9月医院收治的经手术病理确诊的中央型肺癌患者82例,分别使用X线胸片、CT扫描方法进行检查。对比两种检查方法的诊断情况。结果:在准确率、检出率方面,两种检查方法相比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:CT扫描在诊断准确率、肿块位置显示等方面明显优于X线胸片,且操作简单、分别率高、层次清晰,临床上应积极推广。

Objective:To study value of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of central lung cancer.Methods:To select82central lung cancer patients diagnosed by surgery and pathology in our hospitalfrom2014.9to2016.9,and were examined by chest X-ray and CT scanning respectively.The diagnosisof the two methods was compared.Results:There were significant differences between the two methodsin accuracy and detection rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT scan is very effective in diagnosis,location andlocation of the tumor.It is easy to popularize in clinic.
