摘要
为探索阜新地区沙棘扦插繁殖最佳的外源激素处理条件,以该地区沙棘(辽阜1号)硬枝为试验对象,研究了激素不同种类、处理浓度和浸泡时间对沙棘扦插生根的影响。结果表明,外源激素的处理对沙棘插穗生根效果有一定的影响,激素不同种类、处理浓度和处理时间下生根效果有差异,其中生根天数、生根长度及生根数量差异不显著(P<0.05);生根率以100×10-6的IAA处理8h的插穗生根率最高,是最佳外源激素处理条件。
In order to explore the optimal exogenous hormone treatment conditions for cutting propagation of Hippophae rhamnoides in Fuxin area,the hard branches of Hippophae rhamnoides‘Liaofu No.1’in this area were studied and treated with different hormone levels.The effects of different treatments kinds of hormones,different hormone concentrations and different hormone soaking time on rooting of Hippophae rhamnoides were studied.Result shows that exogenous hormones have some effects on the rooting effect of cuttings;rooting effects have significance under different kinds of hormones,hormone concentrations and treatment time.The rooting days,rooting lengths&rooting numbers are not significantly different among different hormone types,different hormone concentrations and different treatment time(P<0.05).the rooting rate of cuttings treated with IAA at100×10-6for8h is the highest,and it is the optimal treatment conditions for exogenous hormone.
