董氏指压法治疗小儿厌食症疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Dong′s Finger-pressing Method in Treating Infantile Anorexia

目的:观察董氏指压法治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将厌食患儿100例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组予董氏指压法配合健胃消食口服液治疗,对照组单纯服用健胃消食口服液,共治疗3周。观察2组患儿治疗前后厌食症状改善情况及唾液淀粉酶、血清微量元素(钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、铅、镉)水平。结果:治疗组患儿食欲、食量等症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05),且能更好地提高唾液淀粉酶及血清微量元素铁、锌的水平(P<0.05)。结论:董氏指压法配合健胃消食口服液治疗小儿厌食症疗效优于单纯服用健胃消食口服液。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Dong′s finger-pressing method in treating infantile anorexia.Methods:One hundred children were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,50cases each group,the treatment group were treated by Dong′s finger-pressing method and appetite-improving digestion-promoting oral liquid,the control group took appetite-improving digestion-promoting oral liquid only,for three weeks.The improvements of anorexia symptoms,the levels of salivary amylase and trace elements in the serum(calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,copper,lead and cadmium)were observed in both groups before and after treating.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms including the appeptite,food intake and others(P<0.05),and the levels of salivary amylase and trace elements(iron and cadmium)could be improved better in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effects of Dong′s finger-pressing method and appetite-improving digestion-promoting oral liquid are superior to these of oral liquid only in treating infantile anorexia.
