雄青散外用治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Effects of XiongQing Powder for External Application in Treating Herpes Zoster

目的:观察雄青散外用治疗急性期带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将急性期带状疱疹患者100例随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。2组均采用抗病毒(阿昔洛韦)及营养神经(Vit B_(12))等药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用雄青散外敷。10天后观察2组患者疱疹止痂、结痂、脱痂时间,疼痛强度(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组在缩短疱疹结痂、痂皮脱落时间及疼痛强度改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),止痂时间2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雄青散治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效优于单独西药治疗。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of XiongQing powder for external application in treating herpes zoster(HZ)at acute stage.Methods:One hundred HZ patients were randomzed into the control group and the treatment group.Both groups accepted antiviral therapy and medicinal therapy to nourish the nerve(VitB12),the treatment group accepted XiongQing powder for external use.Clinical effects,VAS scales,the time of decrustation,incrustation and stopping eschar of both groups were observed in ten days.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in shortening the time of decrustation and incrustation improving pain degrees(P<0.05);there was no statistical meaning in the comparison of the time of stopping eschar(P>0.05);the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effects of XiongQing powder are superior to western medicine only in treating acute HZ.
