生脉汤加减治疗慢性心功能不全疗效观察

Clincial Observation on Modified ShengMai Decoction in the Treatment for Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency

目的:观察生脉汤加减治疗慢性心功能不全(气阴亏虚证)的临床效果。方法:将慢性心功能不全(气阴亏虚证)患者90例随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例,对照组患者接受慢性心功能不全的基础治疗,包括吸氧、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、扩血管药物等,必要时给予小剂量地高辛,治疗组在此基础上给予生脉汤加减治疗,治疗4周后根据患者心功能分级、生活质量改善情况及运用彩色多普勒超声检查科学评估2组患者临床疗效。结果:有效率治疗组为86.7%,高于对照组的66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异不显著(χ~2=0.47,P=0.49)。结论:采用生脉汤联合西药治疗慢性心功能不全(气阴亏虚证)能缓解患者临床症状及体征,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To survey clinical effects of modified ShengMai decoction in treating chronic cardiacinsufficiency(CCI)(Qi-Yin depletion pattern).Methods:Ninety patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,45cases each group,the patients in the control group accepted basic therapy for CCI,which contained oxygen uptake,diuretic,ACEI,β-blocker,vasodilator drug and others,they were given small dose of digoxin when necessary,the treatment group received modified ShengMai decoction on the basis,clinical effects of both groups were assessed scientifically after treating for four weeks according to cardiac functional grading,theimprovements of quality of life and using color Dopplers ultrasonic examination.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was86.7%,higher than66.7%of the control group,and the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the incidence of adverse reaction(P>0.05),the difference wasn′t signficant in the compansion of the adverse reaction incidence(χ2=0.47,P=0.49).Conclusion:ShengMai decoction combined with western medicine in treating CCI(Qi-Yin depletion pattern)could relieve clinical symptoms and body signs of the patients,and improve quality of life.
