摘要
以裸花紫珠叶中苯乙醇苷的提取得率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,考察药材粉碎粒度、浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数、乙醇浓度及溶剂用量等因素对苯乙醇苷提取得率的影响,应用响应面法优化苯乙醇苷的提取条件,得到最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间120 min、乙醇浓度89%、溶剂用量20倍,在此条件下所得苯乙醇苷的提取得率为11.83%,与模型预测值11.86%偏差较小,表明优选的提取工艺稳定可行,优化后的工艺参数可为其产业化提供指导。
The study was aimed to optimize the ethanol reflux extraction conditions of phenylethanoid glycosides(PhGs)from the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora by response surface methodology with the extraction yield of PhGs as index.Six factors such as particle size,soaking time,extraction duration,times of extraction,ethanol concentration and solvent-material ratio were investigated on the basis of single-factor experiments.The results showed that the optimal ethanol extraction conditions were optimized as follows:extraction duration 120 min,ethanol concentration 89%and 20 times of solvent-material ratio.Under these conditions,the mean extraction yield of PhGs was 11.83%,whose deviation was small by comparing with the predicted model value 11.86%.The result proved that the optimized extraction process was stable and reliable,and the optimized parameters can provide guidance on the industrialization of ethanol reflux extraction of it.
