锁定钢板在肱骨近端骨折中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Locking Plate in Proximal Humerus Fracture

目的探讨锁定钢板在肱骨近端骨折中的临床效果和应用价值。方法选择2015年3月~2016年3月河南省宝丰县人民医院收治的肱骨近端骨折患者110例,采用双色球法,按照1:1的比例随机将其分为两组,即对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55),对照组患者给予传统钢板治疗,观察组患者给予锁定钢板进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组骨折愈合的优良率明显高于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者骨折愈合时间明显缩短,两组有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板应用于肱骨近端骨折中具有较好的固定效果,可提高骨折恢复优良率,且具有愈合较快、并发症的优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of locking plate in proximal humerus fracture.Methods A total of110patients with proximal humerus fracture were selected from March2015to March2016in our hospital.Patients were divided into two groups,55cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional steel plate,while the observation group was treated with locking plate,and the effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent rate of fracture healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The time of fracture healing in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of locking plate in proximal humerus fracture has a better fixation effect,which can improve the recovery rate of fracture and have the advantages of faster healing and less complications.
