对比膝骨性关节炎双侧同期全膝关节置换与单侧膝关节置换的疗效

Comparison of Simultaneous Bilateral Versus Unilateral and Total Knee Arthroplasty in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的对比膝骨性关节炎双侧同期全膝关节置换与单侧膝关节置换的疗效。方法以解放军第152中心医院2014年5月~2016年5月收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为两组,以单侧膝关节置换治疗的34例患者为对照组,以双侧同期全膝关节置换治疗的46例患者为治疗组,观察对比两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后HSS评分较治疗前均得到显著改善,治疗组治疗后HSS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者并发症发生率为2.17%,与对照组相比较无明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对膝骨性关节炎患者实行双侧同期全膝关节置换治疗,临床疗效显著并发症发生率低,有助于患者膝骨关节功能的改善,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To compare safety and clinical efficacy of patients with osteoarthritis knees after simultaneous bilateral total knee replacement or selective unilateral total knee replacement.Methods The80patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from May2014to May2016were divided into two groups according to the different treatment protocols.34patients treated with unilateral knee replacement were defined as the control group,and46cases with simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of patients as the treatment group.The knee joint and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The HSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before clinical popularization.treatment.After treatment,the HSS score of the treatment group was87.35±5.87and the control group(77.43±5.01),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the incidence of2.17%groups of patients with complications,compared with the control group had no significant difference(P<0.058.82%).Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with bilateral simultaneous total knee replacement treatment has a significant clinical effect and low complication rate,which is helpful for the improvement of knee and knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and is worthy of Knee osteoarthritis;Bilateral simultaneous total knee arthroplasty;Unilateral knee arthroplasty.
