TVCDS联合血清β-HCG水平检测对早期异位妊娠患者诊断准确率影响

Effect of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography (TVCDS) Combined with Serum Levels of Beta Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (β-HCG) on the Accuracy of Early Ectopic Pregnancy (EP)

目的探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDS)联合血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平检测对早期异位妊娠(EP)患者诊断准确率影响。方法选取平煤神马医疗集团总医院2014年3月—2017年5月病理结果确诊的78例早期EP患者设为观察组,另选取同期宫内孕正常妊娠者78例设为对照组。两组均行血清β-HCG检测及TVCDS检查。统计对比血清β-HCG、TVCDS单一与联合诊断特异度、敏感度、准确度。结果观察组血清β-HCG水平较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义;两者联合检测特异度、敏感度、准确度均高于血清β-HCG、TVCDS单一检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TVCDS联合血清β-HCG水平检测可提高早期异位妊娠患者诊断敏感度、特异度及准确率。

Objective To investigate the effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography(TVCDS)combined with serum levels of beta human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)on the accuracy of early ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods A total of78patients with early EP diagnosed by the General Hospital of Pingdingshan Shenma Medical Group from March2014to May2017were selected as the observation group,and78normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum-HCG test and TVCDS examination were performed in the two groups.Make statistical comparison of serumβ-HCG,TVCDS,single and combined diagnostic specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy.Results The level of serum beta-HCG in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=81.721,P=0.000).The combined detection specificity(96.15%),sensitivity(94.87%)and accuracy(95.51%)were higher than serumβ-HCG(55.13%,61.54%,58.33%)and TVCDS(79.49%,80.77%,80.13%)of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion TVCDS combined with serumβ-HCG levels can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of early ectopic pregnancy.pregnancy
