超声引导下赛丁格技术置入PICC对静脉炎发生率的影响

The Influence of Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous PICC Implantation on the Incidence of Phlebitis

目的对患者采用超声引导下赛丁格技术置入PICC的方式,查看其对静脉炎发生率的影响。方法选择2016年3月~2017年3月期间在河南省南阳市中心医院接受治疗的260例患者参与研究,随机将患者分成两组,对照组130例,观察组130例。对照组患者采用传统的PICC置入方式,观察组患者采用超声引导下赛丁格技术置入PICC的方式,对比两组患者置管的一次成功率,并查看两组患者出现静脉炎的概率。结果经过对比研究发现,观察组患者置管一次成功率显著高于对照组患者,观察组患者出现静脉炎的概率也显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对患者采用超声引导下赛丁格技术置入PICC的方式,不仅能够有效提高置管一次成功率,还能有效降低患者出现静脉炎的概率。对于患者的治疗具有积极的作用,因此值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided PICC placement on the incidence of phlebitis in patients.Methods260patients in our hospital from March2016to March2017were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,130cases in the control group and130cases in the observation group.The control group were treated by the traditional PICC implantation,while the observation group were treated by ultrasound guided Seldinger technique in PICC.Compare the one-time successful rate of tube and the probability of occurrence of phlebitis between two groups.Results After a comparative study,the success rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the probability of phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided Seldinger technique in PICC way not only can effectively improve the success rate of one-time intubation,but also can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of phlebitis.It plays a positive role in the treatment of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
